We stayed four nights. There was no maid service. Our trash cans were overflowing, we had to ask for more toilet paper. The door to the bathroom would not shut. There was no deluxe breakfast as advertised. There was no ice available.

Room was decent, and clean. Very good price. No complaints about the room.
Negatives:
There was a lot of trash around the back of the hotel. Unfortunately, that was where our room was . That didn't bother me much, but the premium breakfast we were supposed to get wasn't available until 8:30 am. We could not wait that long. Left hungry.

The key did not work and there was no on sight staff so it took over 1 hour to get in to the room. There was no breakfast on Monday. The staff on duty said it was the cooks day off. Ridiculous!

This hotel was terrible. The staff was unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility for thier awful rooms. The breakfast was just packaged muffins. My refrigerator made awful noises. The beds were like prison mattresses no box springs on a platform

We got there about 8:30 in the evening. The lobby was closed and a phone number to call was on the door. When I called it they directed me to a key box and a number to open it to get my key. It was different than any place I had ever stayed.

Stayed here before, was great. This time was awful! First 2 rooms we were sent to were dirty. Third room was ok-ish. No cleaning service during the day! Pool (middle of November) still had pool towels in the basket poolside.

Loved the spa tub, the cleanliness of the room and the housekeeping staff. So friendly and helpful. This is our second stay here and will definitely be back on our next trip to Branson.

The mattress was too firm for my liking but overall the room was very comfortable and super clean and quiet.

Gabby was the only super outstanding attribute this motel has going for it. She bent over backwards to try and make up for the failings of this place. Also the main housekeeper was super nice and helpful.

We stayed here because the reviews had been so good. Things have changed. Our sheets needed to be changed because they had pooh crusted on my side of the bed. The maid was not the main one that did our room. I just want to clarify that. Breakfast was okay but they don't serve it during the week and that isn't reflected on the website, so when we went Monday morning coffee was all that was available. It was very obvious that Gabby was the only one taking care of everything at the front desk, breakfast area and also helping with cleaning rooms. Where is the support that any employee deserves?
