Room had stains all over floor, water pressure was too high in shower. Like 90 pounds of pressure.

paid extra to have a pool view told booking that we had a cat got there and was told no rooms for pets with a pool view. So we were put in a room in the very back of the pool area completely isolated from everyone like in a closet a hidden room we went through a door there was are room in the middle of a small hall next to a entrance and exit. 7:00 am in the morning that door flew open with workers going in and out all day long extremely loud !!!! very uncomfortable
