I like the location and they met my request of a room on the ground floor. There was a microwave.

The outdoor fire pits near the office were nice.
Negatives:
There were kids running around above my room into the wee hours of the morning. I could tell my room had not been cleaned thoroughly due to there being cobwebs in the corner on the wall side of the bed.
The young girl with long hair and fake eyelashes at the desk the night of check in wasn't very friendly. Took a long time to check in. There were two girls at the desk and two registers, but only one was checking people in. There was quite a line.
On day of check out, coffee was empty. The "breakfast attendant" was not paying attention.
