People was nice the workers were friendly but the room was cold no heat and no hot water and the sink handle came off had to sleep in my sister room and take a shower in my sister room

The towels in the room were dirty and it took about 30 minutes to get new towels. The toilet seat was old, worn and looked dirty. The room did not smell clean.

It was not clean. There was chip bags under the bed, and chips still on the floor. The room smelled musty. The pool was also disgusting.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The price was reasonable.

Location to the airport and the staff was great.
Negatives:
I got charged almost double by the hotel and the room was already paid for and they won't back the payment out. They told me it didn't have a payment on the reservation but I had a non refundable payment taken on 8/30 by booking.com. Also the room smelled horrible and the floor was wet under the couch (probably from the AC) and the pullout couch was DISGUSTING.

Good breakfast. Clean pool. Responded to maintenance issue very quickly. Good cookies at happy hour.
Negatives:
Bathroom was not very clean around bathtub and toilet. Toilet backed up on first flush. 1/3 roll of toilet tissue on roll. Empty box of face tissues in bathroom. Only 1 small trash can in whole room. Limited to 2 drinks at complimentary bar time. This was new and they said they have issues with people over drinking but I think they could monitor or cut down time. It was disappointing as it was one of the reasons we picked this hotel over others.

Nice place to stay but starting to show its age.

I stayed in this hotel for three months seven years ago when I moved down to St.Louis with my work at that time. While my stay it was great from the Drink happy hour to the breakfast in the morning. That's why I came back!
Negatives:
Super disappointed in my stay this past weekend. No extra blankets and pillows for sofa. Missed our drinks do to time frame. Breakfast couldn't keep up with plates and food being out so no breakfast was told understaffed. Hostess rude when leaving
