Positives: Location
Negatives: Sink did not drain water Tub did not drain water I submitted a request for a 1 day from 2 day stay, property did not respond. Upon checking in, I advised I was staying for 1 night and was charged for 2. Upon confronting the desk of my pending charge for 2 nights, he stated when I check out it will be corrected. I received no receipt and as of date my pending credit card charge is now posted to the full amount. If this doesnt resolve itself in 30 days, upon my return I will address it

Positives: It was a convenient location and the room was clean.
Negatives: The staff wasn't very friendly, the breakfast wasn't good and I seen a roach in the bathroom. I understand that can happen with so many people of different living conditions coming and going. If the staff was friendly and the breakfast was improved it would be a great place.

Positives: I love this hotel. I stay there several times per year. The guy who checks us in is always friendly and remembers me. Quick check-in.
Negatives: The room was great with a great view. Air conditioner worked great! My only complaint was that the used soap from the previous guest was still sitting on the side of the tub. Also, the sides of the toilet had not been cleaned very well.

Positives: Not much.
Negatives: Was not greeted warmly at check-in. No elevator. I was on the 2nd floor and had to walk up with a large suitcase and overnight bag. Room smelled like rotting shrimp. There was some sort of sticky stain on the floor in front of the sink. Room did not seem clean. Went back down to talk to the manager. Waited for 10 minutes and finally gave up. Went down to eat breakfast the next morning at 9:00 am and everything was already put away. Don't recommend this hotel.

Positives: I was really liking the room until I went to make a cup of coffee and there was a roach I called front desk and he said I never had seen them I told him I left it on the counter for him decussing will not return there to expensive also

Positives: The location was perfect.
Negatives: The rooms were to be non-smoking but, during our stay, all we could smell was smoke. Maybe be a little tougher on the rules regarding smoking. Thank you!
