Positives:
Nothing. The first room the lock did not work and the room had been broken into at one time and not fixed. I have a picture.
Negatives:
WEre very uncomfortable with the everything about the hotel. We did not eat the free breakfast and couldn't wait to get out of there.

Well when i got my room i went to open it and bed were not made. Room was not clean. Then i told front desk she gave me attitude and was finding excuses for it i dont want that just a room to rest from a long drive. Then she gives me another room whete the key to the room was not working i told front desk she just gave me another key but when i tried that key it also did not work i told front desk that it doesnt work either and she stayed quiet seemed annoyed of me. But didnt want to try to go out and see the problem knowing it was a horrible snow storm going on so i was standing in the cold this entire time. But she just gave me another room instead and finally i was able to go in my room to rest for the night

On our way home from Kansas, weather prohibited traveling in the dark. It was just me and my daughter, the room had a mini fridge for some food we were traveling with and the breakfast included in the room was good. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, boiled eggs, varieties of drinks. Pancake machine, which is fun. Bagels, cereal, toast. I thought the bed was going to be bad but the pillows were great and we both slept well. Its quite a big room

Large well appointed and comfortable room.
Negatives:
The door jam appeared to have been broken in ripping out the flip lock several times. When I tried to secure the deadbolt it wouldn't turn to lock. So the flip lock remounted to the shattered door jam was our only security.

Positives:
This was our second time staying here, so I'll say about the same thing I did previously. Parking is easy, right in front of the door, very easy to move luggage etc into the room, very wide spaces so no concern about door dings. Also very well lit. Room was larger than average Two chairs in the room Two sinks, one just outside the bathroom, made it very convenient for both of us. Vent fan in bathroom. Room was clean, better than average. Beds were good enough. Breakfast was good. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again as we travel this route a few times per year.
Negatives:
The room could use some attention to repairs. The door frame was damaged and the tile in the bathroom floor needs attention. It was very difficult to get the deadbolt to engage. The water has a peculiar smell/taste, but it is the same at a restaurant on the other side of town also, so it must just be how the local water is. None of these things are big enough issues to keep us from staying here again. It works well for us.

The property was located right off the interstate, so very convenient when traveling.
Negatives:
Property was older and rundown. Spots of urine on toilet seat and black hairs in the sink. Found an animal claw stuck in the carpet by the bed. Some outlets did not work.

I'm unusually out of anything positive to say, except the man who was at front desk who checked me in was cordial and pleasant.
Negatives:
Room smelled like ash tray. Bathtub nasty dirty and full of hair. Sheet under fitted sheet was very dirty. Explosive diarrhea all over toilet. Basically didn't touch anything. No way I was not going to eat breakfast at a place that dirty either. A dump.

Very quiet. Easy access for my dog and good area to excercise her. One of the best rooms I've had.
Negatives:
Only thing was the room was too hot for me to sleep. Couldn't figure out how to turn thermostat down. But better than being cold!
