Arby's was next door. We weren't bothered.

There were too many sketchy people. Bed sheets were dirty, as well as finding a cockroach crawling all over light switches. "Inside pool" just looked like an outside pool with a metal awning. Almost being double charged.

Go to a different location!
Positives:
The property looked new and smelled clean but there were cobwebs in the corners with spiders in them. The hot tub was green with dead skin cells floating in it. The water level was low as well and the deck around the pool was gross and slippery. I slid into the hot tub trying to get in even while using the hand rail. The beds and bedding were nice and clean and the room other than the cobwebs was clean.

Positives:
I have a particular breakfast I like each morning so that was not available for me but my partner enjoyed the waffles. Overall, the location was convenient but leaving the freeway GPS tells me to drive past the hotel entrance and loop through local streets to be on the correct side of the street for a right turn into the service road that leads to the hotel. It might be easy to miss this service road in which case one would need to loop around again. Once one is familiar with the entrance it is no problem. At the check-in desk the clerk was very helpful, happy and cheerful. Hotel itself was just about what one might expect for a hotel in this category.

Everything! The breakfast was not good, the customer service was terrible, my children woke up with bites all over their bodies, the floors were dirty, didn’t provide enough towels or toilet paper had to ask for more. Everything you touched felt dirty. It was overall a terrible stay!
