Property was nice it was the staff. I stayed one day, but I booked for two days with Booking.com Booking.com called the hotel. They would not give me my money back. I will never book through Booking.com again.

The guy at the front desk was friendly & gave us some good recommendations for places to eat.
Negatives:
The water pressure for the bathroom sink was terrible & hardly any water came out of the faucet (hot or cold). Also the way the Faucet lever was positioned too far outward most of the water ended up on the sink counter & not down the sink drain. Along the wall in the hallway outside the bathroom was marks on the wall from a luggage cart. That could use some fresh paint. Didn't like the sulfate free shampoo it didn't lather & made my hair feel greasy. Everything else was excellent.

Front desk person was friendly. Notified hotel I would be a late check in. There were 2 cookies left, which was a small bonus.
Negatives:
Aside from the friendliness of the front desk, the rest of the stay was less than mediocre. My room was old and musty smelling. Breakfast was just a bunch of high sugar, high fat options. Hard boiled eggs tasted old. Hot items were obviously prepackaged and high in sodium. Coffee was blah.
