Positives: Staff friendly, room aside from one dirty coffee cup, was good. Didn't have breakfast.

Negatives: Security poor. No key needed to get into side door where elevators were located next to a large parking area for another major hotel Front desk said a key card is needed after 10pm. I came back from a function after 10:30p.m. and needed no card to enter. Have written to hotel manager.

Positives: Loved the room layout and furniture

Negatives: Needed to spend more time cleaning found trash stuffed everywhere in the room probably from the lack of trash cans. The breakfast was extremely disappointing i’ve eaten bricks with more moisture than the food. Everything was crumbling to dust got a plate couldn’t even eat. It had to go to McDonald’s and get a sausage biscuit just so I could start my day.

Positives: This is a lovely property with a wonderful breakfast and truly amazing management, which I believe filtered down into the rest of the staff. Manager was absolutely awesome and worked as hard as any of the staff clearing dishes and doing everything. He was always kind and friendly and greeted everyone who came in or joined for breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like was the quality of the bed. It was a little squishy and unsupportive, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat because everything else was so fantastic.
