Positives: We had an excellent stay! The staff were extremely kind and helpful and the room was very well-maintained and clean! We had plenty of space for our large family, even with two playpens for the babies.

Negatives: It would have been nice if the pool was heated. Even indoors, the water was pretty chilly.
