Breakfast was terrible, almost everything was burnt , starting with the eggs

The value for the size of the room was great. Three full beds, two baths, and the kitchen was well worth the cost.

On one of our two days the breakfast was TERRIBLE. most of the hot trays were empty, & the host was slowly & grumpily replacing a few things here & there. When she did bring eggs out, they were partially ICE COLD. People live here, and some seem sketchy.

Awesome staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and the suite was spacious, great value for the price paid. Laundry room on-site, small workout room. Comfortable bed, quiet location, ample parking.
Negatives:
Stains on the carpets and furniture, appliances were not wiped down. Refrigerator made a very loud humming noise non-stop. Low water pressure, shower never got really hot, no shampoo/conditioner in the dispensers when I arrived.

Entry door broken so very difficult to get in and out. There was no conditioner. Traveling with a baby and no way to block stairs. Moved couch to block and there was a lot of trash under couch. To keep upstairs warm, downstairs room was a furnace.

This is not just a hotel room. It was more of a studio apartment but at hotel room rates. Great room/apartment. A few little blemishes but nothing that matters. Comfortable king bed. 3 closets. Full kitchen. Large TV. Large bathroom. Handicap bar on side of tub/shower, but bottom of tub is very slippery. Great water pressure. No cleaning service for 2nd day. Building #10, I think we were in Apt 8. Laundry room near office. 3 washers/4 dryers, cost $2/ea for each load. Can use credit card. Very friendly staff. Hot breakfast bar. Location is about 20 minutes outside of St. Louis. Not in the heavy traffic areas all the time.

Charged a $250 incidental fees to your credit card at check-in. Said it would be credited back to my credit card in 7 to 10 business days. I never actually saw the charge on my card. This fee is ridiculous. Our place for two nights was less than the fee. A few other places we stayed charged $40 or $50 but $250! WOW!

Breakfast sucked. Burnt processed eggs, soggy hash browns, no meat selection and no fresh fruit (it was in a Dole Cup, yuck)! The room was a little dirty, the kitchen had sticky spots on the floor, my white bathmat was stained with black something. The cold air return was filthy. In the middle of the night, my air conditioning was shut down and I woke up sweating. The couch looked and felt like it was made of plastic.
