I stayed(had to stay because I paid in advance) here for 14 days nights. We have seen bugs and cockroaches every night. Even they are coming from dish washer. The staff is not professional. Breakfast was terrible. The bread has flies all the time on it. I shoed the flied to staff, she said I know, and sorry about that. But she didn't do anything about it. Half of the items is always missing and staff doesn't care about it. After asking several times they put the break and paper plates. The pan cake maker never worked. Though, we went for morning breakfast only 3 times during our stay. Every time we saw a staff full time trying to fix and small kids are waiting with hope that eventually it would work which never worked. So sad. The funny part is, the staff pretend to fix it on the front of guests, but it is temporary giving issue :). Since we stayed there longer I caught this drill :).

Friendly desk service, spacious rooms , and parking was adequate. Having a full kitchen is always great!
Having some bakeware for pizza or casserole would be appropriate but there was none.
Negatives:
Falsely advertised sofa bed ( which was just a sofa ).
Check out time was wrong on my booking , it was supposed to say 11 am but it showed 12pm.
When I brought the sofa bed to the attention of staff nothing was done about it.
Breakfast was TERRIBLE….. and very limited …. Yes there was hot food but it was burnt , and the pancake maker was broken down … which left us with the option of a muffin ( those were good ) , cereal , or bagel… was definitely not impressed…. Didn’t even go the second day because it was that bad the first.

The refrigerator was not working. Not keep anything cold. The dishwasher so loud couldn't be used while in the facility. Two of 3 clothes washing machines were not working. Breakfast was only fair and not enough for a soccer team at the facility one morning. Overhead fan about to collapse. Duct tape on the bottom of the front door. Paint on walls need touch up. Stained carpet. One toilet kept running unless opened top and jiggle stopper. Broken sidewalk edger. Someone placed a laundry cart in front of the door to go to the
laudry facility. A lot of maintenance needed to be done.

THE VIOLATIONS OF MISSOURI STATE LAW (RSMO 12 C.S.R. 10-110.220) PERMANENT RESIDENTS AT HOTELS/MOTELS ARE TO RECEIVE A REFUND OF ALL STATE/LOCAL TAXES AND NOT BE CHARGED ANY MORE AFTER A 30 NIGHT STAY, THE MANAGER DALAL ALI SMREEN AND ASSISTANT HEATHER FORCES GUEST OUT WHO ASK CONCERNING THEIR STATE AND LOCAL TAXES TO BE RETURNED, THE LAW IS THE LAW THEY HAVE TO RETURN THE TAXES, IF SHE IS NOT GIVEN THE TAXES BACK TO GUEST MEANS SHE THE MANAGER AND ASSISTANTS ARE STEALING GUEST HARD EARNED MONEY, GUEST ARE UPSET TALKING ABOUT VIOLENCE UPON THE PROPERTY AND STAFF, I'VE TRYED TO DEFUSE THE ACTIONS BUT I CAN'T CONTROL IT.
