The ice machines on the third fourth and fifth floor did not work. When I checked in, I asked for a late check out. They told me to call back at 7:30 in the morning to ask for a manager. So I called back at 7:30 and the girl said no we don’t have any more late checkouts. The toilet in our room whenever you flushed, it made a really loud noise for long periods of time. I also think the hotel could’ve had better signs for the different floors they have. It’s a very confusing hotel.

Positives:
The breakfast has a waffle and omelet bar for breakfast, The room and every part of the building we saw were very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
A clear explaination that parking fees would be added to your stay on booking.com would be very helpful. The charges weren't much but during the process of the reservation it is not mentioned at all.

Staff made check in a great experience and explained everything we needed to know about our stay. Breakfast buffet was amazing! We had the option of swimming inside or outside with the connecting pool. Parking garage gave me piece of mind that our vehicles would be safe and secure!

There were two rooms which made it nice. Cosy bed and good sofa. The breackfast was fine. Extreamly frendly staf.

The room was not cleaned during our stay. The crib matras for the baby came with stains. The parking was expensive. The vending machines did not work. The windows are bolcked and the aircondition is smelly.

I booked on line with bookings.com just before checking in. And paid in full for 2 rooms. I had my email confirmation. It took us two hours to get our rooms. Not sure whose fault that was. The hotel blamed the third party. We are on a road trip and it has worked just fine at the other hotels en route. So, exhausted, we had to roam the town until it was sorted out. Also pool opens at 10 am so no possibility of a swim before breakfast.
