No room cleaning provided even with a 5 nights stay even after putting a request at the reception. Had to collect fresh towels at reception as house keeping did not provide after hours of putting in a call

Positives:
The breakfast had many options. I did not order the specialized omelet nor the waffle, however these looked very good. The staff at breakfast were efficient and pleasant. The bathroom was specious and excellent. I especially liked the shower system that allowed you to choose the temperature for your shower and maintained that temperature throughout.

The furniture in the lobby needs to be cleaned or updated.

It’s an old hotel, they needs an update in all the areas. The air conditioning was the worse part, it was doing noise all nights.

Parking was good. The staff were friendly enough. The digital shower heads were very cool. Shampoo and conditioner and soaps were great quality. Bathroom was spacious.

The ice machines on the third fourth and fifth floor did not work. When I checked in, I asked for a late check out. They told me to call back at 7:30 in the morning to ask for a manager. So I called back at 7:30 and the girl said no we don’t have any more late checkouts. The toilet in our room whenever you flushed, it made a really loud noise for long periods of time. I also think the hotel could’ve had better signs for the different floors they have. It’s a very confusing hotel.

Positives:
The breakfast has a waffle and omelet bar for breakfast, The room and every part of the building we saw were very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
A clear explaination that parking fees would be added to your stay on booking.com would be very helpful. The charges weren't much but during the process of the reservation it is not mentioned at all.
