Half of the game machines were out of order in the game room. The elevator to my room was down as someone was stuck on it and I had to take the stairs up and down. I booked and paid for a room with two queen beds, but got a room with one bed

Easy to find. Staff was amazing.
Negatives:
Only served breakfast and had to go to dining room to eat. I have a 93 year old client on a walker and there was no way for handicapped people to access the dining room.
