Positives:
Beautiful hotel. The location was nice. Indoor pool and arcade was nice for the kids (I really enjoyed playing the old video games ex Pac Man/Ms. Pac Man, etc.) I loved the shower. The needs were nice and comfy but a little too high for me to climb on.
Negatives:
As for the breakfast didn't really like the fact that if you weren't disabled or elderly you couldn't take food back to the room. They did let my daughter bring food back for my twin grandsons and myself (disabled).

Property super nice and clean and well lit. Pool was nice, not great, but nice. The employees were so nice and accommodating.
Negatives:
The exterior window in our room was not shut all the way and due to the screen I was not able to shut it myself so there was a slight crack. This cause is to be able to hear a lot of outside noise. But it was really ok, if it worried me that much I would have called front desk.

Large room at a good price in a great location for Forest Park, Washington University, Clayton, University City and Ladue. Easy and inexpensive parking in attached garage. Breakfast was outstanding!

Positives:
The nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! I was very impressed! I couldn’t believe how nice the hotel was. I’ve stayed at hotels for the same price that weren’t half as nice. The staff was always happy to help. The room was beautiful. I couldn’t believe how nice the bathrooms were with marble tubs and controlled water where you can adjust the temperature. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! I would stay again in a heartbeat and recommend highly.
Negatives:
I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Maybe the vending machines could have been fuller because we had to try different floors to find drinks. That’s about it, it was fabulous.
