Property was very clean and staff very cordial. The breakfast was on par with other hotels we’ve stayed at. Considering location the ease of getting back to the interstate was surprising.
Negatives:
The bed in our room was extremely hard and felt as though I was sleeping on the floor, needless to say not a very good night of sleep. The hairdryer was not fully functional as it put out very little airflow.

I was disappointed when I called to report that the light above the mirror in the bathroom was not working . we stayed in the same room for 5 days with a dim bathroom. They never told us what they were doing about it. I don't know whose to be blamed for this problem, whether the hotel or Booking.com!!! Nevertheless, I will never go back there and will never book any hotel with BOOKING.COM again!!!

So dated and worn out…rusted shower trim, rippled wallpaper. In desperate need of an update. Usually stay in Marriott properties and most all updated with nice shower that is clean. First time at Hampton Inn in a very long time and was worst hotel for our cross country trip.

My stay was for two days, and housekeeping service is no longer provided (I think it should be a reminder). When I asked for more towels, they said they didn't have any. I had to reuse my wet towel to shower the next day. FYI, bring your own towels.
