Positives: Nothing, the entire stay was horrible.

Negatives: There were bugs, cockroaches actually, on the walls outside of the room before I even entered. Once I got in the room and turned the lights on, I noticed more bugs on the floor and wall and crawling on the bathroom sink. The room was dirty, there were hairs in the bed. On top of all that, it was cold and the HVAC system in the room did not work so I was cold all night. The entire first floor smelled like Marijuana. When I went to complain at the front desk on my way out, the attendant could not stop eating his sandwich to give me the time of day. It was horrible!!!

Positives: The staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean.

Negatives: Bathroom mirror had scratches on it and made it look dirty. The chair in the room was stained where you sit on it. The reception on the TV was spotty and the picture was blurry. And the window allowed the sound in from the interstate and was extremely loud overnight.
