My confirmation email said check out time was 12 I showed it to the girl she said no.It is eleven even though I showed it to Her and then One.
Of the reasons I booked this room was for the outdoor pool and it was closed the whole time and the indoor Smelled so strong of chlorine. You couldn't even go in there.
