Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Disappointing
Positives:
The staff was very nice and helpful. I love the kitchen and stove.
Negatives:
The knobs on the stove had no numbers or high med low or anything to tell me if I'm cooking on high or low . And the front right burner the big one doesn't heat up well enough to cook. The left back burner is the same. However those are the only issues we had with our room.

No coffee pot or anything you had to ask for everything only 2 towels 4 adults when I asked for more they only gave 1. Everything we went out the door lock didn't want to open had to keep reprogramming the key cards and one never worked

Positives:
It was decent for what I needed. They allow dogs and that was important to me. The suite had a kitchenette and was roomy. The shower had great water pressure. They also had an area that I could take my dogs for potty breaks with waste bags that they provided. Keisha, the general manager was super sweet and went out of her way to help me. She was the best part of my stay!!

An employee was rude and double billed me after I told him 4-5 times I had already paid online. Keisha took care of it quickly and refunded my money. She was super professional and went out of her way to help me.

There some customers. Very loud for all hours of the night. Playing loud all the night. In a few times I have stayed there some of them have really messed up some of the rooms. With stains in the rooms that the staff can't clean.
