Between Thursday, Aug 1st, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Aug 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Aug 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Aug 2, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: We had to wait over an hour to get checked in. My family was tired from traveling and we were made to wait while they dealt with a computer issue even though we had paid in advance. I do not intend to stay at another Extended Stay again.
