There were Bedbugs in the specific room given, I believe the infestation was knowingly because of the misconstruction of Vent covers removed from various Floors, it seemed to be clean for the most part but also covered up well... #Lots of Bedbugs...

The people were great and the food was amazing. The rooms and common areas were clean and mostly well maintained. The parking and drive were well maintained and the lot was clean.
Negatives:
The stairs had bad speakers for the alarm system and we could not hear any announcements. The pool has a broken rail getting into the pool and it is jagged and could lead to a major incident. The fire alarm was pulled and it was a false alarm but because the speakers in the stairs did not work, we did not hear that it was pulled by a guest and was a false alarm so I, a disabled vet with leg and back issues, had to climb down 7 flights of stairs for no reason.

In the evening, the hallway to our room smelled of marijuana.. Once in our room, I could still smell Marijuana. I just wish if there is no smoking, that would include vaping.

Room was not available upon check-in due to lack of cleaning staff. Our room was downgraded from executive to standard and we we only given a $8 credit. TV in the room did not work.

Facility was very clean and fresh, the room we selected online was even better than our expectations! The king sized bed was AMAZINGLY SOFT, sink right in when lay on it!
Negatives:
Apparently the $250 fine given to those that smoke inside the building, doesn’t apply to those who smoke weed inside their rooms. Stunk up the entire floor!
The breakfast that we paid to have included with our stay was less than desirable. Wasn’t issued our vouchers for breakfast at checkin and had to go back for them. Waited close to 20 minutes (only 4 other tables with people eating) for 4 small 1/4 pcs of waffles and two eggs, all cold by the time we finally got our food. We will still come back and stay, just definitely will not pay the extra for the included breakfast and go elsewhere.
