Positives: The staff attempted to help resolve the situation within their capabilities.
Negatives: I didn't get to stay in the hotel even though I had a reservation and money. I asked when making reservation if cash was ok or did I have to pay with card. I was told that cash would be fine. Upon check in I was told I needed to pay the full amount on CC
