The front desk wouldn't let us in for 45 minutes because despite paying and showing the receipt that I paid booking.com never paid the hotel. It was very hard to find a phone number for booking.com when we finally got them on the line they refused to speak with the front desk staff and said they had to call them directly. Then they said they had to wait 2 hours to pay. I booked and paid through booking.com weeks to months in advance. My issue is with booking.com and the hotel staff. Both if you should have dealt with the issue together and left me out of it since I paid and had the receipt to prove it. Very unprofessional by both of you.

When we first checked in Joe at the front desk was extremely kind, personable, extremely helpful & always had a warm smile on his face. To the AM Manager Mr. Anger is everything but angery lol. He was extremely hospitable, knowledgeable about the area gave great tourist tips such as the ferry ride in St. Charles. Asked how are concert went & helped us book an extra night. The lady that works the from in the am was very kind, also very knowledgeable about the area, extremely helpful anything we asked or needed they were there with a smile to help. The breakfast was excellent very filling & delicious. Over all it was an amazing weekend!!! Girls trip. Grandma Sharon, Momma Sonya & daughter Kristin! Thanks for making it memorable for us!

I would have really like the hotel if I had got the right pricing that I was suggested for when I got back home from our vacation, I realize that my card was charged more than what it was and on top of that charge an additional extra five dollars the next

I did not like the pricing my original price should have been $97. The lady told me that was my price but charged me $140 and some change on top of that the next morning she charge the additional five dollars Im very unhappy that my car was misused
