Filthy room!!! Floors so dirty our feet had to washed before going to bed

Bedding (fitted sheet, top sheet, blanket, and pillows) had many many burn holes in them and were visibly dirty. The pillows were paper thin and did not have pillow cases. Only two of the lamps worked and the overhead barely worked. The bathroom was dirty and the tub had paint chippings. The whole room smelled terrible.

The room was filthy, what appeared to be blood marked the walls, there was a hole punched in one of the walls. Dirt and grime covered every surface. The room was a non smoking room but smelled like an ashtray. People were loitering around all night long.

The management was horrible I stayed in this property on the forth and 5 of august and room was disgusting asked if I could get another room because I felt something crawling on me and was told I need to wait on his boss or when cleaning staff come in so I did so Wich they never came the used booking again on the 7 and 8 and got all the way down there to be told I was on the do not rent and I asked why and was told I caused a disturbance with the staff and that wasn’t true I just asked for another room people knocking on your door all night standing in the parking lot all night it wa just a terrible experience but I still was gone give them another try but to be lied on saying I caused a disturbance is just not right I need my payment return because they didn’t let me check in

Its dirty, nasty, smelly, bad sheets, and bedsing, unkept , urine on floors, bad service after an hour of going back and foeth. They dinally agreed to refund both nivhts and still haven't received my money.. ALTHOUGH ATHEY GAVE ME THE CANCELATION NOTE
