front desk guy was super nice when we checked in. smelled nice and clean when you first walk in and was beautiful at front desk.
Negatives:
rooms could be cleaner, pool could be cleaner, breakfast could be better and stocked. ants crawling all over the counter where breakfast was. there was still food in the mini fridge leftover from people before.

The noise and my complaints were not addressed. I did not get much sleep even after reporting the noise.

The staff was great very responsive.

The family had a lot of things “needing repairs” we had to switch rooms to to a non functional sink. The air units aren’t on so you have to wait for your room to cool down, the smell stuffy. The water provided the dispenser was broken. The pool had large pieces of chunky things on the bottom was cloudy and smelled moldy.

The rooms were clean and typical of a hotel. Breakfast was also what you expect, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, milk, juice, coffee, etc. Quick check in and out.
Negatives:
The beds were lumpy and the AC, although cooled the room off, seemed to leave surfaces feeling wet.

So when we arrived we got a room assigned like normal. The room ac was broke, the tv was broke, and the lock on the bathroom was broke. We were given a new room that was fine. The room itself was really nice and clean. We did however select this hotel for the pool and the breakfast. We were traveling from Pennsylvania and left at 3am to make it on time to relax at the pool. The pool was closed and the pancake machine was broke. So everything we paid for specifically wasn’t available. Then the people on the room next to us were screaming and arguing all night.
