Negatives: I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. They get a 5 star in my book.

Negatives: The pool was in bad shape, couldn't see the bottom ,steps in pool sharp edges Grandaughter cut leg getting in on steps.

Negatives: Everything is good the carpet not clean

Negatives: Flooring in room had lip on floor between tile and laminate flooring. My mother’s walker caught on this several times. Thank goodness she did not fall. Also didn’t use pool but wouldn’t have if up to it. Could see mold around pool as we walked pass windows to pool.

Negatives: The breakfast was mediocre and the time available was too short.

Negatives: The room had damage to furniture and doors. No shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfast area can be crowded at times. Would be nice to have larger sitting area for eating.

Negatives: They are short staffed. I sat on hold 2 different times for nearly 30 mins each trying to amend my reservation. Breakfast was cold and not so good. 1st Floor to the elevator was soaked with pool water and while there was a sign about wet floors, mopping once in a while might make it somewhat safer.

Negatives: Pet fee

Negatives: Bathroom was dirty, hair on the floor. Was told one price but when I checked my account it was almost $40 more. Ended up checking out early.

Negatives: The pool was small. And cloudy.pool room was muggy but water cold. Had a room on 3rd floor and had to use stairs and I have health issues. Elevator was working but kept smelling like smoke and made horrible noises and did jerky moves the few times I tried to use it. Sister went to get coffee after 6 am and was informed coffee doesn't get made on sun until 7.and the breakfast staff was rude and short with my son. Forgot to mention the whole 3rd floor smelled of old urine. Including in our room. If we left and came back as soon as u open door it would hit you. And someone had a dog on 3rd floor and we had to listen to it back or whine most of night.
