The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was very nice.
Negatives:
There was mold on the shower wall. Also, the Eggs and sausage links were cold not cool at 8am. I let the front desk know about the mold. As for breakfast I had to plug the warm in.

The location was great for us personally -- very close to the family we were visiting. The reception was courteous. The room was spacious enough and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of light. The breakfast was adequate -- waffles, cheese omelets, sausage links, cereal, yogurt, breads, coffee, etc. -- nothing truly delicious, but filling.
Negatives:
The hotel is set far back from the street and there's no signage at the street, so we passed the hotel and had to go back. The reception was courteous, but not friendly. The luggage carts were very difficult to steer. The elevator was small, noisy, and very slow. The water pressure in the bathroom was low -- especially in the sink. Our room overlooked the front parking lot, so not much to say on that. The breakfast eggs were obviously powdered and the cheese tasted like Cheese Whiz.

The hot tub and pool we're down for maintenance which was not reflected on the website or on booking.com and I ended up not staying at that hotel and went next door or the facilities were in working order. I was still charged for the night anyway. I was told I would get a refund but have not yet.
Negatives:
The facilities were not working and nothing was posted and I was still charged for the night even though I didn't stay there and they used my conversation with my daughter who had to pick me up as their reasoning. Very invasive and unfortunate
