Breakfast was okay, good location, clean room, laundry service
Negatives:
Staff at reception desk were not friendly and grumpy at all, no courtesy and no even greeting. Also was very loud ventilation hood in corridor by the stairs

They charged me more than the agreement. I had to ask for a receipt. Housekeeping staff only cleaned room once in the 4 days we were there and had to ask for towels.

Well, had the worst/scariest experience I've ever had while staying at a motel. Had maint. enter my room unannounced at/around 9am (check-out was not until 11a), I thank the Lord for the safety of that individual who could've not went home after his shift

The first room was beyond dirty. We got put in a second room our toilet didnt flush. The people upstairs sounded like a heard of elephants ALL NIGHT. They did nothing about it.

Second floor hallway smelled like smoke. Shower walls were stained & dirty

Not much, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The shower water was nice and hot.

Did not like that children were screaming and running around in the hall all night. did not like the peep holes on the door shinned the light from the entrance hallway right into where we were trying to sleep. the hair dryer didn't work

There was no elevator.. The exhaust fan was broken. The toilet was so undersized and small, it was difficult to use. The heat/AC unit was very loud.
