People can make a bunch of noise screaming and banging on stuff and the hotel staff doesn’t do anything about it until 1am then they finally decide to move me rooms into a room where half of the things don’t work

I recently visited Kansas City for a stadium tour and zip lining, and we chose a more affordable hotel option, which turned out to be a great choice. We booked two nights for $226 through Booking.com, and the deposit was only $50 upon arrival, much lower than the original $100. The room was clean, bug-free, and the bathroom was spotless as well. Housekeeping was also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a pleasant stay!

The room was disgusting and not clean at all.. let staff know.. lady who ran breakfast wad rude. They laundry lady was rude as well.. telling me I should have got towels from the house keeping and not bothered her. Them processed to tell me that we would be charged for our towels if they got stained. One towel being stained already so we put it on the floor to step out of the shower. Then the 2nd towel was womens mother nature and well rined out. The floor upon entering our room had poop caked on the floor. I had to clean up.... they napkins I used were so black just from one little area. A couple started fighting our last night there and the lady at the front desk refused to call cops upon the guy involved begging her to since his cell phone was dead.
