Location was perfect regarding the wedding we attended and was very easy to find.
Negatives:
Not being informed about a "faculty charge" during check-in. I was told I'd be charged a $35 deposit, which is totally normal for checking into a hotel, and then receive that back a couple days after I checked out. Well a couple days passed and instead of getting my full deposit back I was charged for what they called a "faculty charge" which I later discovered when I called them. I have no problem with this BUT I totally feel I should've been made aware of this when I asked about the deposit during check-in.

Poor condition of room. Not staffed adequately to deal with issues. Coffee pot in room didn’t work. Requested new one but they didn’t replace. Was charged a 35 dollar facility fee that was to be returned but that has not happened. So I’m waiting on 70$ to be put back on my card.

The locations is great. The atrium design is good and could be a very nice hotel if it were maintained properly.
Negatives:
The towels were thread bare and like shop rags. I killed a roach in my room. the furniture was beat up and dirty. Dirt on the arms of an arm chair and the seat of the desk chair stained. This indicates very poor cleaning. No room service.

The location is great for being near the Capital. They have a breakfast lounge on site and a bar on site to relax at.
Negatives:
We were woke up at 1 am and another couple with us in a separate room were woke up at 2 am from water pouring out of the bathroom shower light. The staff was great with getting our rooms moved.

I paid for a two bed room for my children, husband and I. They placed us in a single bed room on the 6th floor, which had to be switched to the 9th floor. The second room had a broken air system and remained at 77 degrees. It was a horrible experience

I did not have the breakfast. I don't think it was available when I left. Location is great though, rooms are comfortable. I like the availability of the extra pillows. The USB ports on the lamp next to the bed was very nice and convenient. The staff are always nice when I come in, even though it's late.

I don't think the air/heat was working properly in the room I was staying in. I turned it on before I went to bed and it was cold in the morning when I woke up.
