Positives:
Closeness of the room to the front door. A cart was available to carry our luggage. The staff were nice and accommodating.
Negatives:
The first attempt to use the side door to enter with the room key did not work. I went to the front desk and they "re-did" the key. The second attempt was not successful, so she gave us new keys, and we parked closer to the front door.

I only needed a place to stay for a few hours and a shower. When I got to the hotel at 5:30am the lady claimed she couldn't find my reservation. I showed them my confirmation. It didn't matter. If you want the room you will have to pay again and take that up with booking.com.

JAfter a long drive with a spouse and young kiddo we gathered our things and let them know we booked online and was checking in. Theotber lady said I just canceled that. I said why? She said I just got off the phone with you. I said no ma'am you didn't. Anyway they had the wrong number or dialed it wrong bc they kept saying my number had a 0 at the end I explained it was an 8. Anyway she just brushed us off basically and said you are a local we don't rent to locals.. like what? . Are we not allowed to return home and stay in a motel bc we live in the same town? It's a experience we want our kiddo to have. Doesn't matter. Anyway we went across the street and was able to get discounts and a bomb asf breakfast. With friendly service. We will stay there from now on.

Cockroach on the floor as soon as I opened the door, slimy floor, mold on the bed skirts, fitted sheet smelled slightly of urine. I used the middle blanket of one of the two beds in the room as a sheet, because the other fitted sheet smelled bad as well. This makes me think the stink is coming from the mattresses
