Positives:
Nikki is an exceptional employee. Helpful, Courteous, Kind and Friendly. She wasn't just kind to the guests, we observed her several times interacting with the other staff members there. Complimenting and laughing. Michael served up the breakfast and it was worth every delicious bite. He even showed me how the toaster machine worked when I burnt the first piece of toast. Excellent service! All the staff we encountered were friendly smiling faces when they spoke to us.

The guy revving his Harley outside our window at 9:30pm for 20 minutes.
As a light smoker, and I totally understand not smoking in the rooms. I don't smoke in my house

The lobby and breakfast area decor/atmosphere, the comfortable bed, the very helpful and courteous staff.
Negatives:
Our child was looking forward to using the pool area and it was closed for maintenance. He was a little disappointed; however, we found a nearby playground to work off some energy.

Shuttle stops exactly at 11pm, no exception. Older hotel has been remodeled but cheaply, breakfast standard fare but lower than average quality.
Positives:
Large room. Comfortable king-size bed. Friendly, professional hotel staff. Early (free) shuttle to the airport. Hotel provides take-away breakfast bag (muffin, granola bar) for guests who leave early. Coffee is also available, even at 5am!
Negatives:
Walls are a bit thin. Could occasionally hear the television next door. Fortunately, they didn’t watch TV very late so we slept fine.
Not really within walking distance to many restaurants or convenience stores.

Great experience, would definitely stay...

It was close to the airport, we had an early flight in the morning. Also, had an indoor pool.
Negatives:
The desk clerk talked me into parking at the hotel and taking the shuttle to airport and assured me that when we returned they would come pick us up, to just call. He put me on hold, I had to take a taxi. He said they were short staffed.

Left list with front desk- bathroom dirty- possibly mold along roll- in shower wall floor edging- raised tile tripping hazard by door - wife worried of tripping - residue of something on couch chair-we cleaned- bed backboard light came on mysteriously at 6AM- turned it off- came on again at 7 AM! Left it on- big drive ahead- no sleep after that! Have stayed at Best Western’s on our trip- first time complaining!

Yes. We were given a room with known issues involving lighting in the headboard. The light would not stay off and kept turning back on. We tried to keep it off for over 2 hours until I went to the front desk at 2a.m. Terrible customer service. mold
