Ignorant drivers at the entrance. One car was parked at the curb under the entrance , another discourteous "lady??" parked beside it , thus blocking the passage to parking and went inside , possibly to check in . She came out with a cart and unloaded her luggage and went back inside. She knew I was there trying to pass and just gave me the palms up , hands in the air sign. I was at least 10 minutes waiting to get to the parking. Why didn't she just park behind the first car is beyond me , or does my first word describe her ?

Reservations were screwed up. I reserved four rooms, prepaid. Upon arrival My party had seven rooms and one person was assigned five out of the seven. This resulted in a long line at check-in whiled, Charlotte and another associate worked to correct the problem. They both blamed Booking.com!!!

The lady who checked us in was very thoughtful. I was told she usually doesn’t work the check in, but is a bartender. She wanted to make sure everything met our expectations and when she was leaving and we were in the parking lot she stopped and asked again if everything was okay.
Negatives:
Rooms weren’t ready even though check in was 3:00 but we didn’t get there til after 3:30.

It took an hour for us to get checked in. We arrived at 1815 hrs and check in starts at 1500. People smoking pot and carrying booze around the lobby. Cut my finger on a metal door going into the pool area. (Took pics and documented everything). Window in the room blew warm air in it. A/C wouldn't keep cool. Extreme noise late at night in the halls. Overall absolutely terrible experience. Two nights for 380.00 . Thought I was doing my family a favor staying right across from Kauffman stadium for the games. I was wrong.
