The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Each person we talked with helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious! The lobby and halls were clean and inviting. They also comped our room for a night.

Our car was stolen while we slept, and it had all my daughters belongings in it, as we were moving her across the country. There were cameras on the parking lot, however, they were not functioning at the time.

When we first arrived, the outside of the hotel looked a little rough - overgrown weeds in parking lot, vacant fast food building in lot, etc. But we were pleasantly surprised how nice and clean everything was inside.
