We had 1 cockroach walking across our bed as we were packing up to leave. I was completely disgusted by what the other guests did to the continental breakfast area!! They should be completely ashamed of theirselves!!!!!

WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVERY STAYED AT our car was stolen from the hotel parking lot where there is cameras all around the staff was very rude and not helpful at all they did not want to call the police for us even though the police said they would have to make a report as well. The front ladies said they don’t have to speak to them if they didn’t want to or because they weren’t authorized I would assume visiting from another state they would be more helpful in a serious situation like this, they could have told me it was a high crime area or a heads up everything seemed like a joke to them the lady said I would have to wait to speak to the manger at 7am she said the manger told her she would call police for us and let us see surveillance footage even though the manager literally lives in the same hotel she did not want to come down to help us so I waited for when her “shift starts” 7am is when I was told
I was there to speak to her and ask if she can please help us call police so they can investigate and get surveillance footage and she refused was being rude told me cars get stolen everyday “honey” at hotels
With a very rude attitude just because I said I thought you guys could help or do more about this situation. this has never happened to me before it we stayed at another hotel in KC for days/weeks and nothing happened almost makes it seem like they’re in on it! As an inside job all I see working is people who look like they do drugs.

The staff was helpful when I brought the cleanliness of the room to their attention. The second room was better but it still had problems.
Negatives:
The rooms were not clean and in disrepair. The toilet was loose and not secure on the floor. One room door had to be slammed shut. A towel rack was missing with no towels.

The rooms smelled of cigarettes, the comforter had cigarette burns in them. It felt very unsafe and not very inviting. The two ladies at the front when you walked in were very rude and not welcoming at all. That’s one of the reasons i made my decision to find a different hotel to stay at.
