Positives: Location was convenient for our activities. The staff was friendly and pleasant.

Negatives: AC would not shut off, the room was freezing. Had to manually turn off the AC unit. As the thermostat was not working, correct. The hide bed had no linens and when we went to get linens, we were handed a bag of damp sheets. The bathtub needed to be refinished as it had a permanent brown discoloration on the bottom of it we believe it was clean yet brown appearance was offputting.

Positives: The staff was amazing and if I hadn't booked with booking.com they wanted to refund my money but couldn't because of booking.com. I would recommend this hotel but book straight through Hilton not a 3rd party entity!! Hilton was very accommodating but said their hands were tied because of booking.com.

Negatives: The facility was run down and the pool was down. There were dirty spoons at the breakfast area. Our suite had damp floors and a very musty smell.
