The location was great, and the breakfast was quite good. We enjoyed the evening reception as well.

It felt a little dirty - maybe because it is an older building. Our bed was made but the bed skirt was all crazy so it gave the impression that the room was not cleaned well.

The room was dirty..the A/c fan blade also was rattling, and the shower head would not stay in place. The wayer when turned on would force it to rotate out and away from me. The shower was maybe 1 1/2ft wide. Very small and confining.

Overcrowded with teams and groups that are loud and run the halls. Needs a deep clean. Breakfast was so crowded, no utensils and food mediocre

Hotel is clean but showing its age. Broken faucets, cracked flooring and elevators are sketchy at best.
Worst part is location. Our car was broken into one block away and torn apart. KCPD were no help. Westport police good but not in jurisdiction.

Many things showed signs of disrepair. Significant chips out of Furniture, bathtub drain stopper did not work, and the bathtub was marked up and very old looking.

I liked having a suite. The restaurant staff were wonderful. They worked extremely hard to accommodate all the guests.

The property is “tired” and needs updating. It felt old and dark.
