The room was dirty..the A/c fan blade also was rattling, and the shower head would not stay in place. The wayer when turned on would force it to rotate out and away from me. The shower was maybe 1 1/2ft wide. Very small and confining.

Hotel is clean but showing its age. Broken faucets, cracked flooring and elevators are sketchy at best.
Worst part is location. Our car was broken into one block away and torn apart. KCPD were no help. Westport police good but not in jurisdiction.

Many things showed signs of disrepair. Significant chips out of Furniture, bathtub drain stopper did not work, and the bathtub was marked up and very old looking.

There were too many kids and babies in the hot tub. The pool area was full of kids with over 10 kids in the hot tub all night. No adults could even fit. Maybe have an adult time, where no kids are allowed.

This embassy suites was very very run down. Obvious signs of water damage and the smell of mold and mildew. Very disappointing

The rooms were a bit outdated bathrooms are very small. The quality of the rooms just not gonna get it. I would not rent here.

Convenient location and the hotel staff were very good.

The facility is dated; carpets extremely worn down in the hallways, TV's were sub-par - hard to watch any shows due to flickering; elevators routinely made odd creaking noises when approaching floors for entry/exit - overall, what I was expecting.

I most liked the cleanliness and the front desk lady remembered me and is always very friendly. We stayed two nights and the first night was really packed. I liked that even though it was very chaotic the staff got things done with a good attitude.
Negatives:
Children were unsupervised inthe pool area and there were about 15 kids ranging 6 to 12 years old in the hot tub and would not get out when security told them to and no one could find their parents. This is unacceptable and possibly life threatening.

Old, needs major renovation. Rooms smelled musty and smoky, windows weren't clean, carpet was old, ice bucket was falling apart. Food from buffet was poor.

The location was great. We walked to the Plaza several times.

The room was very outdated. The shower water took a long time to warm up, then it continued to drip for the duration of our stay. The person serving omelets had no hair net and was less than friendly. Overall, not impressed.
