Some of the staff members were okay literally only like two maybe three. Those specific ones were friendly and welcoming.

The place looked up to par but as soon as you turn your head there’s a ROACH. It’s literally roach infested to the point where I only had to stay until my new house was ready and I left what I had to not transfer.

There were roaches there to greet us as we opened the door and the room was very hot. The heat came out the door before we could even get in. Its a shame that this hotel even exists.

Cockroaches, floor coming off, bed was not comfortable staff was rude, called your help line, no satisfaction there. Wanted to give me a coupon, no refund. Would never stay at Extended Stay again. Smelled like urine in the hallway

We were put in a dirty room. Moved to another half dirty room that had bugs and they could not move us again. It was to later for us to find another hotel so we sprayed bug killer the next morning before we left.
