Between Saturday, Jul 6th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Jul 7th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Jul 7th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 7, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Just a place to sleep

Negatives: There were people outside our window with loud music, drunk and dancing. Nobody would pick up at the desk. The a/c was loud, so it was not a great night sleep. The girl who checked us in was friendly. However, at around 9:30 a.m., housekeeping tried to come into our room! Knocked once, started to open the door before my husband could even get across the room. The lady at checkout was friendly as well. Very disappointing.
