Due to construction accessibility and visibility are issues. Also their street facing sign was unlit. We arrived late at night and drove past it twice.

Was in a good location for what we came to do. Easily accessible from multiple entrances. Parking wasnt an issue and getting around wasnt too bad either.

Check in experience wasnt good. Originally had a single queen bed booked but upgraded to a double bed room. Called before the day of reservation to make sure I had the double bed room, but when I went to check in at the hotel I was told there were no more double bed rooms available. After back and forth with front desk we got a double bed as it was what I had booked and reserved. Then we get up to the room and the bathroom wasnt even cleaned. There was hair in the shower and they didnt clean the toilets properly. Grab and go breakfast not much to choose from and only one ice machine on first floor.

The car that was broken into in the parking lot shouldve been my first clue that this hotel had gone south. I have stayed at this hotel for a particular program for for the last four or five years. It has consistently gone downhill .

Thin walls, had a noise complaint on us that wasnt us, ceiling falling in, faucet in tub sprayed water sideways , was put in a room with one queen bed when room with two beds was booked

Never going to stay at Any extended stay America

Breakfast consisted of gas station granola bars, muffins and oatmeal packets. VERY cheap. Vent above cooktop in room didnt work, which helped explain why the floor was greasy and a little slippery, and why the room smelled heavily of fried food. Finally the vent in the bathroom did not work so the bathroom was always steamed up after showers.
