After Friday, Sep 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: The room was stinky, not hygienic, and had dirty and strained carpets. We were not able to breathe due to a very strong Nicotine smell and other smells. The bathroom was not clean and had a damaged bathroom door. My family and I were not able to eat for the entire day because of this problem. Even outside the room, elevator, and around the hotel, it was stinking and had a bad odor.

Positives: Nothing really except the location on the highway

Negatives: It feels like a prison, as if the neighborhood is very dangerous. They take $100 cash out of your bank and don't give it back for three weeks even though you use a credit card and have it with you, they don't care. They do it because so many bad quality people stay there and tear it up and steal I guess. I would never bring a child. It felt like you could be shot going to your car.

Positives: Staff was nice and helped me with a new room.

Negatives: After receiving my keys for my room the door was already open. I'm not from this state and I've even lived in Mexico for 2 years and I've never seen a room left open like this before. I was freaked out and asked if I could move to another room because I didn't trust that. Also, the room was smelly and ruined my work clothes.
