They charged me a total of 3 times starting with the day before I arrived. This really messed up our trip tremendously putting undue stress on us. The general manager was not kind when I had an issue with them charging me way too many times. She was very rude and unhelpful. The food was not good. Rotten bananas and the young man filling up the food was rude at times. It could have been much better. I would have hoped they would give me a small discount or anything just for the inconvenience of ALL my money being taken out of my account by them. But no they didn’t even apologize.

The only problem with the stay…we were looking forward to swimming in the hotel pool, but unfortunately it was just too cold to enjoy.

I would have liked for the indoor pool to be heated. The hot water in the shower also didn’t get very hot.
