Booked online and received confirmation of price across several platforms- email, chat, text.
Got there & the price was $200 more than expected. We were told it was for parking during our stay but we didn't park there but once, desk clerk said we were charged for the entire stay regardless. Wasn't worth arguing over, I was ready to start the 15 hour drive home & didn't want a sour taste at the end of the trip.
Beyond that, the only minor inconvenience (not a big issue) is that the elevators were super slow. Would stay here again but make sure we aren't getting a surprise charge for parking.
