HOTEL CLOSED. Poor communication

DO NOT BOOK! The hotel has CLOSED!! We booked this accomodation on May 2 for a night in August. We requested for a non smoking room. We got an email a week before out travel saying all rooms were non smoking. We get there only to find the building shut down completely for construction! The phone number for the property has been disconnected. With no way of contacting anybody from the hotel we had to make our own arrangements in the city!
No communication from the hotel, no notification, nothing! Essentially a ghost booking for a hotel that does not exist!

The first night was ok after being moved from the original room due to a squeaky heater fan and the lack of power to one wall with lights and outlets on it.
Negatives:
We arrived at 9 pm our so in the evening to find out that the hotel had been flooded due to a broken water line on the 5th floor. The water leaked all the way to the main floor, they or our room. All guests had to leave. We were told that could transfer to another hotel under the impression that this was going to be paid for, which is was not. I ended up paying twice for a room on Saturday night.
