We had an amazing stay with Hampton Inn. The hotel was very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, the pool was clean with just the right temperature. The continental breakfast was superb. We felt safe and comfortable. All amenities were as desired. If you’re going to Worlds of Fun and/or Oceans of Fun this is the place to stay. Thank you to the entire staff.

I booked in May and found out the day before that they had “overbooked” and I was moved to another hotel where I had to pay on arrival.. pretty sure I also paid when I booked so I got extreme anxiety the day before a concert in-between flights to get there on top of that and then I’m pretty sure I paid double.. will not use again.

Not overbooking and giving me extreme anxiety when I received notification that the room was canceled and they were “looking” into it.

Earlier pool hours-my son wakes up early and loves a good polar bear swim. But that’s being nit-picky….everything was great!

It took 30-40minutes to check in because we booked online. They never cleaned our room. The room phone didn’t work. The wall ac didn’t work. The tv guide didn’t show any available channels or what was playing. My friends room tv worked just fine.
