It was close to the Starlight venue and an easy drive back and forth in both daylight and darkness. The staff greeted us warmly, helped with directions, and visited with us throughout our stay. The hotel was also extremely clean and maintained.

That when we arrived serrvice was down and we had to wait an hour to be checked in. We did all the driving from the stadium we were going at 5 pm to watch my son play to relax for an hour before heading to the game, and we did the driving for nothing because we had to run to the room when the system was back to leave our bags and drive in a hurry to the game. there should be an alternative way to check people in in those circumtances! not happy about that

I loved how accessible the pool and the gym were. Always clean, and the breakfast was better than any I have had before in a hotel. Kudos to Jaqueline!

It was far away from everything, so it required a rental car. So it is perfect for people who don't want to be close to any shopping or neighborhoods.

We travel for competitive dance and this was by far the nicest hotel in three seasons! Beautiful, clean, smelled great, outdoor facilities were clean and litter free. I believe the young lady that checked us in was named Tasha and she was the best part! Amazingly sweet, helpful, accommodating and started a conversation with my kids that left them BEAMING. She is a treasure!
