Front desk clerk was very informed about the area and airport information.She was friendly and engaging, Staff was the shuttle driver and he was very personable and outstanding,he had a lot of knowledge about the area,he was truly a delight

We checked in at 130am. First room we were put in had not been cleaned. Back down to desk. Second room we went in had guests sleeping in it! How horrifying for both of us! Back down to desk finally got a proper room but lock battery was dead, so did not get keys. (Did not need, we left at 530am)

Promised overnight parking and when I arrived, I couldnt have it because the parking lot needed resurfacing. I wasnt informed that they were remodeling when I was looking at hotels. The rooms were very tight with little room to walk past the beds.
