While it was under construction the room was already renovated and 100% clean. The lobby & surrounding area was obviously a construction zone but it had to happen sometime. Early morning noise but I believe that was due to the location on our room.

The hotel is an obscurely located and currently remodeling. The lobby is in a hallway that used to be the laundry room while under construction. No vending machines available, but the staff did provide cookies when asked. The breakfast was below average.
